My daughter is in 5th grade & thinks this book is great. It's designed to teach problem solving by presenting a scenario & the kids have to use clues to figure out the right answers. Good for in the car on trips or doctor waiting rooms.

This series of books really is neat. My 8-year old son is a bright little guy, and he enjoys working on them by himself as well as with me. They are fun, educational, brain stretching, and a good value. Try one or try a few and give them as gifts - good price, easy to toss into a bag for quiet entertainment.

This is a book my 10 year old daughter wanted. She started working on it during Christmas break and she loved it. It is perfect for her age. She thought the puzzles were somewhat difficult, but she solved them with relative ease in a short amount of time. If your child enjoys puzzles, and will take the time to sit and work them out, this would be perfect.
