Works great, same as the ones that come with the guns. Only downside I have been able to find is that it is easy to cross thread the cap when replacing it causing leaks. Just make sure the cap is on straight and tight before you go off to water wars.

If it wasnt for the water clip i wouldnt even have bought a super soaker. The water clip system definitely isnt new. There were water guns that look like the real deal back in the 80s. the company had to stop making them. And this is why i love nerf for bringing it back. The guns that these water clips go with actually look similar to real guns but they cant possibly be mistaken for the real thing not even if painted black. The clip holds on to your belt so you can reload as you go. Each holds about 10-12 max sprays with the tornado strike. Yes you will run out of water rather fast but youll always have extra if you pay a few bucks for another clip. The only downside i see about the water clip is just that its easy to screw the top on wrong causing it to leak. but all you have to do is make sure you screw it on correctly and youll be fine. no biggie.

Title says it all. I started out by only buying 1 extra of these for the clip loaded nerf guns I bought but now have 3 extra clips for each gun. (2 thunderstorms and a tornado strike) These are an awesome advancement in water gun tech that keeps the weight of the gun down, but still provides a way to get back into the action quickly without having to stop and refill every couple minutes.
I usually fill a 50 gallon tote up with water for the kids to toss the empties in as they run by and all I have to do is unscrew the cap dip and rescrew for a quick pickup when they run back through. All without leaving my seat or having to wonder too far from my grill.

Item was received on time with no damage.
However, although this item works as described, it holds little water and offers only about five shots per clip with the system I purchased. In order to have a decent water battle, you would either need to have several of these clips or you would have to call 'time out' to refill quite often. Prior to ordering this clip and the SUPER SOAKER TORNADO STRIKE water gun that it works with, I purchased the SUPER SOAKER SCATTER BLAST at Toys R US for half the price of this system. The Scatter Blast holds much more water and is much more practical in a fight while offering the same shot range. Bottom line: The clip system looks very cool but if your opponent has a Scatter Blast, you're going to lose. I purchased identical sets for my 14 year old grand daughter and her opinion mirrored my own.
