MindWare ImaginetsFeb 07, 2011
By Richard Neuman Bought this as a birthday gift for my 3 year old grandson who build shapes for hrs the first day as we all did. He built shapes following the pictures on the accompanying cards as well as structures of his own design and kept at during his two week visit. The strong magnets keep the tiles in place on the white board. Very well constructed. Can be used as a white board with the appropriate pens.

This is an awesome product!!!!Apr 12, 2011
By NicNac This is an awesome product!
We homeschool our twin 4 year olds and they absolutely LOVE it.
Everyday we pick a card and make the shapes.
I like this one because it has 50 shape cards to copy.
All the others only had a few.
It will take a long time before we tire of these shapes.
The cards are NOT as big as the shapes. (that was a surprise to me)
I would buy this again tomorrow if I needed too!!!
I am so glad we purchased this!!
I gave it four starts for durability because the cards are "cards" ..... so they can be bent and torn.

Love this setJan 23, 2011
By C. Corvin I bought this set for my 4yo, but as it turns out, it is a hit with her older siblings, too. It is super durable, portable, colorful, and great for creative and educational value. Worth every penny!

cute toyMar 25, 2011
By nguy These are very cute. Its kind of an easier tanagram for my younger kids to do. The pieces are durable, and the carrying case it comes it keeps it all together well.

Well-made, captures the imaginationAug 15, 2011
By Katrina Heinzen We haven't had this long, but so far I am impressed with the quality and design. The case is great as a fun place to build the shapes and for keeping the pieces when not in use and also for traveling. We have not used it as a "dry erase" surface yet, but I just learned there are very cool-looking DRY ERASE CRAYONS and that looks like a blast. Save paper! Be green!! This makes me extra glad I purchased this. Eventually I can see drawing in backgrounds around the objects we build.
The magnets on the blocks have just the right "strength." They stay put, but are not difficult for little fingers to pick up. It is too soon to see whether the magnets will peel off easily, but I will keep my eye on that and keep super glue handy. So far, so good. My just-turned-2-yr-old has a positive reaction to the toy and makes his own pictures even though he can't quite follow the patterns on the cards yet. But I figured it would be good to get early exposure to get his brain "formatted" and comfortable with these somewhat abstract representations. He can recognize most of the pictures on the cards for what they are and enjoys the toy in many ways though he's not quite using it as intended. I can see this toy getting many years of use as he grows into it. *I* certainly have fun making my own designs, too, since I'm a bit of an artist. My brain loves this kind of thing. :)
