2Not from the Singapore Math publisherJul 09, 2010
By Tari L Hoekel
I emailed with the official distributor of Singapore Math here in the US, and this series of "practice" books are not a substitute for their workbooks and textbooks. These are simply practice books that use some of the concepts that the Singapore curriculum has developed. There are lots of them in Singapore itself. But saying this is "Singapore Math" is like going to a teacher supply store, buying an random math practice book, and calling it "American Math". We've used the real Singapore Math for almost 4 years now, and I think we'll stick with it.
